We can use traditional water testing, Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM) and InfraRed Detection to find leaks. As you know water penetration causes the concrete reinforcement to rust, which in turn creates stresses on the surrounding concrete which can then break away (spall). Where cracks develop, salts can appear in the form of stalactites on the underside of the concrete slab. If this situation is ignored, it can result in very costly repairs. Our team can find and fix these issues treating them with a combination of plugs, repair mortars and crack injection methods before they become too costly.

"We contacted many contractors, few turned up when promised. Danrae kept there appointment, and gave a prompt and competitive price. Although the price they gave was not the cheapest, I believe we made the right decision in going with Danrae, as the end result is well worth it!"

"I have found the crew at Danrae to be knowledgeable in their job, they listen to the concerns/issues that are happening and always take the time to explain the method of how they will be fixing the problem. They always explain the before and after procedures/preparation when dealing with water leaks, especially when water leaks are coming from the shower recess... I have found the crew to be friendly and polite and I would recommend your services to anyone..."

"Danrae are a credit to the industry. They are true professionals who have developed a business structure that provides assessment and cost estimation in a timely manner. We had a tricky water problem that others could not readily solve. The staff exceeded our expectations in their communications and follow up. The job was completed on time without fuss and with no need for clean up afterwards by us. We would have no hestitation in recommending Danrae to others."
